All anger is from things happening the way you think/feel it should not happen.
It is a me vs. the universe.
One has to align themselves to the way and will of the universe.
There is simply no other way.
The level of anger depends on how much you are against.
Alternation between anger (force wasted) and depression (depleted energy).
Maybe that is why sg said:
If you are angry you are stupid (because you are going against life, getting powerless in some way).
But this is a blanket oversimplification.
I guess anger is the aftermath of powerlessness.
Because the experience of powerlessness is only after you push power and it also blows in your face.
Because if power is pushed into a circuit that receives it, it will pass through.
Something can look like anger, but it might work.
So the important thing is, did it work or not.
This is where it gets tricky because it can sort of work, but waste tons of energy,
So levels of anger is "different levels of inefficiency or impossibility/wastage" you could say.
I guess in maya you have collective fantasy and indiv fantasy.
The indiv fantasy be at odds with the collective fantasy, and get isolated.
But it is possible the real truth is more aligned to the indiv isolated fantasy than the collective fantasy which is far more deluded.
But the result will still be, the indiv with the isolated fantasy will suffer far more.
That is why in maya, the mantra is always, do it the way it works.
So then the reasoning would be, it is all a game of power.
I could have a million people connected to a 1A power outlet and 1 person connected to a 10millionA power outlet. That single person will be 10x more powerful than all the million ppl put together.
So power and powerless is about truth and untruth levels.
More the person is in truth, the more the power he will carry.
How much of untruth this can counter and manage depends upon how deeply he is channeling from truth.
Ultimately the one core wisdom that solves this issue is:
"To know what is in your control,
And to know what is not in your control,
And to know how much effort it would take to control anything,
And to know what effort is worth putting in for control."
